P50與N100

Test–retest reliability was moderate to high for P50, N100, and P200 latencies, amplitudes, and difference scores, low to moderate for N100 and P200 gating ratios, but low for P50 ratio ( [Rentzsch et al., 2008] and [Fuerst et al., 2007]).

Electrophysiological recording  EEG recordings were made from the vertex referenced to the left ear lobe. Electro-oculographic activitywas recorded between the lateral canthus and superior orbit of the right eye.

Facial emotion recognition deficits 受到Risperidone影響?

這一篇是印度進行的Facial emotion recognition deficits [FERD]:Effect of risperidone on emotion recognition deficits in antipsychotic-naïve schizophrenia: A short-term follow-up study. Schizophrenia Research 113 (2009) 72–76

耐人尋味的是:下一篇對藥物的觀點正好不一致

2010年六月的Psychiatry Research  178 (1)Pages 1-9 The effect of antipsychotic medication on facial affect recognition in schizophrenia: A review review了八篇已出版文章之後,認為Facial affect recognition: 與用藥種類無關,也與神心無關,而與症狀之關係尚待釐清 :是否看來與MMN有異曲同工之妙?

► Facial Emotion Recognition Deficit (FERD) is one of the important deficits in schizophrenia.

► There is a differential pattern of impairment in FERD, with patients experiencing First Rank Symptoms (FRS) over-identifying threatful emotions.

► This study also supports the role of heightened threat perception in the evolution of paranoia in schizophrenia patients.
